As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, I have the expertise to help you reach your health goals. While it’s the ultimate goal to eat a 100% whole food diet I understand that different stages of life make that difficult.

That’s why I help you find “healthy convenience” foods in combination with whole foods to make eating healthy do-able no matter where you are.  

I completed my Bachelor of Science Degree from Auburn University and my dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I have practiced dietetics for 10 years working in cardiac rehab, diabetes self-management, weight management, pediatric and adult medical nutrition therapy, and corporate wellness.

My expertise is in creating an eating plan that takes into consideration your medical history, lifestyle, and your personal health goals.

I provide you evidence based nutrition information in an easy to understand way.
