These are a favorite in our household for sure! They are great snacks and easy to pack for daycare too! I like also them for a morning pre-workout snack when I’m not very hungry.
I love that all you do is mix ingredients together, set the bowl in the freezer for about 10 minutes, and roll them into balls. I store them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days…if they last that long before they are all eaten!

1 cup peanut butter (I use Crazy Richard’s 100% peanuts)
1/4 cup honey
2 scoops Vital Proteins unflavored collagen peptides
3 Tbsp Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds
