Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark 🍓
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We love this refreshing summer treat because it is so easy to throw together! We especially love it with local granola from Mount Gilead Granola.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We made a small batch on a 9×13 baking sheet
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (you could use non fat plain Greek yogurt and sweeten with honey but I opted out of that so Harrison could enjoy this too. No honey for babies under 12 months)
Heaping 1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup granola
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions
Line baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper
Spread yogurt on baking sheet and spread it around to an even thickness
Top with berries and granola
Freeze for 2-3 hours
Cut into pieces and serve
Keep in the freezer

The kids love this refreshing treat and I love that it provides some added protein for their snack!
