About Me

Hi, I’m Lauren Kroeger!

I am originally from Fort Payne, Alabama but I have lived in Seneca, South Carolina for the past 10+ years. My husband, Ben, is from Seneca and brought me to this beautiful part of the country. We met in college at Auburn University and have been married for 10 years.

We have two boys, Brayden (7) and Harrison (4). We are in the season of life full of sports practices, church programs, field trips, and more! Kroeger Wellness has allowed me to have the flexibility to put my family first and be there for my two boys.

If you follow Kroeger Wellness on social media, then you know that I have taught my boys the importance of healthy eating from the beginning.

We take a very balanced approach to nutrition in our house. One evening we may be enjoying salmon bowls with brown rice, edamame, and avocados and the next day at school the boys are taking Uncrustables in their lunch. It’s all about balance.

As a busy mom of two wild boys, I know how to fit healthy eating into a busy lifestyle!
